UK supply chain decision-makers are today facing a perfect storm of challenges: not only are the needs of the market changing, but the wider environment in which they operate is being buffeted by the complete disruption from Covid-19 and the uncertainty of the post-EU paradigm. Mitigating these effects and risks is now urgent and will continue to be so for the foreseeable future. Key to achieving the flexibility and productivity that supply chains will need is digital transformation.
