Atuação em consultoria técnica, projetos de implantação e núcleos de transformação auxiliando nossos clientes desde o diagnóstico e desenho de estratégias até a implementação e operacionalização das soluções. Participação em análises, pesquisas, entrevistas e consolidação de informações para suportar a tomada de decisão e desdobramento de planos de ação de impacto para os clientes. A posição oferece contato direto com clientes e executivos, em um ambiente dinâmico, colaborativo e de aprendizado constante.
· A quem se destina: Desejável formação em Engenharias, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas, com até 4 anos de experiência em áreas de negócio, técnicas, gestão de projetos ou iniciativas de transformação. Busca-se um perfil analítico, organizado, proativo e colaborativo, com boa comunicação, capacidade de estruturar materiais executivos e interpretar dados para suportar recomendações de negócio. Conhecimento em ferramentas e aplicações de Inteligência Artificial em negócios é mandatório.

/ Líderes de Projeto e Especialistas
Atuação na liderança de projetos estratégicos e de implantação, conduzindo frentes de transformação, direcionando e desenvolvendo equipes e com papel fundamental desde o diagnóstico até a solução de desafios complexos dos clientes. A posição exige forte capacidade analítica, liderança de pessoas, coordenação de stakeholders e proximidade com o cliente, garantindo entregas de alto impacto, desenvolvimento do time e geração de valor sustentável para a organização.
· A quem se destina: Profissionais com forte capacidade analítica, raciocínio estruturado e autonomia para atuar em ambientes dinâmicos, gerenciando múltiplas frentes de trabalho e suportando decisões estratégicas. Busca-se excelente comunicação, habilidade para elaborar materiais executivos e construir relacionamento com clientes. Recomendável experiência acima de 4 anos. Necessária experiência prévia em gestão de times, desenvolvimento de pessoas e liderança de projetos de alta complexidade. Conhecimento em aplicações de Inteligência Artificial é mandatório.
